Babbis Zervoudakis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Fanis Vourexakis made a huge save. In the 20th minute, Lefteris Artemiou hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The ΑΣΤΕΡΑΣ ΣΟΛΟΜΟΥ fans' excitement grew in the 33rd match minute when ΑΣΤΕΡΑΣ ΣΟΛΟΜΟΥ's Babbis Zervoudakis looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Thymios Fragiadis kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Manolis Papalexiou was extremely unlucky when he, in the 40th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. After having played for 44 minutes, Thodoris Mavromatakis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Trifillia.FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Thodoris Mavromatakis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Orestis Adamiadis during the 54th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Orestis Adamiadis hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Babbis Zervoudakis in the 56th minute of play forced Trifillia.FC's goalkeeper Fanis Vourexakis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 59 minutes into the match, Trifillia.FC's goal looked a bit too open when Dimosthenis Antonopoulos came free, but Fanis Vourexakis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Trifillia.FC's Fanis Vourexakis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Babbis Zervoudakis in the 61st minute of play. Christoforos Venetidis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fanis Vourexakis having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Manolis Papalexiou in the 68th minute of play forced Trifillia.FC's goalkeeper Fanis Vourexakis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to ΑΣΤΕΡΑΣ ΣΟΛΟΜΟΥ getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Lefteris Artemiou hit a great ball. 77 minutes into the match, Dimosthenis Antonopoulos notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Trifillia.FC's Fanis Vourexakis. Fanis Vourexakis was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Babbis Zervoudakis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Manolis Papalexiou fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fanis Vourexakis having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. ΑΣΤΕΡΑΣ ΣΟΛΟΜΟΥ had won after a very even match.
