FV Wienerwald's supporters rose to their feet, but Tommi Braun was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Brian Hülsen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Brian Hülsen made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Trattnig in the 6th minute. 8 minutes into the game, FC Hollywood's Michael Hoffmann nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Robin Riese made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After 14 played minutes FV Wienerwald got a freekick which was hit by Nickolas Kaiser. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tommi Braun in the 27th minute of play forced FC Hollywood's goalkeeper Brian Hülsen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jan-Niclas Schöttel scored 4-1 in the 36th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Brian Hülsen, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Rick Rösen fell near the penalty area in the 41st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FV Wienerwald's protests and gave Rick Rösen a yellow card for diving instead. Rick Rösen kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Daniel Trattnig was the one to do the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Tommi Braun notched a goal, 5-1, to the right of FC Hollywood's Brian Hülsen. Brian Hülsen was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Erich Otten scored 7-1 in the 71st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Brian Hülsen, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. FV Wienerwald made a substitution. Gernot Rosentreter replaced Erich Otten. Robin Riese showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Michael Hoffmann, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. After 81 minutes of play, FV Wienerwald's Tommi Braun made it 8-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Brian Hülsen was left in no man's land by his defense there! Brian Hülsen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tommi Braun in the 84th minute of the match. When the referee ended the match the FV Wienerwald players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
