In the 23rdth minute of the game Petar Dzhurkov who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but The Institute's Yanko Milakiev was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roger Milla in the 26th minute of play forced The Institute's goalkeeper Yanko Milakiev to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Stoimen Glavchev recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 32 minutes into the match, DARAS's goal looked a bit too open when Stoimen Glavchev came free, but Dido Levicharov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rusi Zabunov kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. The supporters of The Institute booed when DARAS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Petar Dzhurkov didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zapryan Humbadzhiev's late challenge caught a The Institute's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Zapryan Humbadzhiev helped the player get up and apologised.
