An unexpectedly hard shot by Yuli Blagiev in the 26th minute of play forced SPARROWS's goalkeeper Adrian Milevski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 27th minute, Stanyo Mindizov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Prodan Elenski didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Vesko Kanin went, in the 30th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. SPARROWS's Adrian Milevski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yuli Blagiev in the 36th minute of play. 42 minutes into the match, Tzvyatko Trifonov had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Prodan Elenski. Tigers of Bistritsa's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tzvyatko Trifonov was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0.

The wind increased when Benislav Bozov made the kick off in the second half. Prodan Elenski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Huben Temelyotev, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Yuli Blagiev's late challenge caught a SPARROWS's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Yuli Blagiev helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Tigers of Bistritsa getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Yuli Blagiev hit a great ball. The supporters of SPARROWS booed when Tigers of Bistritsa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Evtim Papazov didn't get a good kick on the ball. 65 minutes into the game, SPARROWS's Benislav Bozov nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Prodan Elenski made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Stanyo Mindizov managed to get in a good position for a shot. SPARROWS's supporters rose to their feet, but Stanyo Mindizov was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Prodan Elenski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in SPARROWS's zone, Yuli Blagiev stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Adrian Milevski came out of the goal and Yuli Blagiev tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience was convinced that Huben Temelyotev's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Prodan Elenski was relentless in the 78th minute of the game. Tigers of Bistritsa were furious when Subin Panicherski was red carded, 80 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After a rather tough play, Tigers of Bistritsa's Subin Panicherski got a free kick in the 81st minute. Yosif Gergov struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Prodan Elenski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal.
