Spectators: 176 (Terracing: 133, Seating: 40, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Jukka Ahonen started the match with the kick off. Edvard Karjala's late challenge caught a Galand FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Edvard Karjala helped the player get up and apologised. In the 3rd minute, Edvard Karjala hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sipi Holtti took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Turo Raninen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jukka Ahonen struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Sipi Holtti didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Karhulan Veikot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jukka Ahonen in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sipi Holtti prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Sipi Holtti showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Turo Raninen in the 19th minute of the match. Valto Harju hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. In the 22nd minute, Turo Raninen ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sipi Holtti was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Galand FC's Sipi Holtti played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jukka Ahonen in the 25th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Karhulan Veikot's Turo Raninen got a free kick in the 25th minute. After some careless play in the Karhulan Veikot defense, Olli-Pekka Grönvall kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Samuel Pihkala. The Karhulan Veikot fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Samuel Pihkala should have stopped the shot. If Jukka Ahonen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Olli-Pekka Grönvall sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.

Samuel Pihkala stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Valto Harju's shot from short distance in the 52nd minute. Olli-Pekka Grönvall received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Samuel Pihkala tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 58 minutes into the game, Galand FC's Olli-Pekka Grönvall nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Samuel Pihkala made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Jukka Ahonen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 71 minutes into the match, Karhulan Veikot's Jukka Ahonen sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sipi Holtti narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A collision led to Karhulan Veikot getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Turo Raninen hit a great ball. Olli-Pekka Grönvall might have been able to make a better finish in the 81st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Samuel Pihkala. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Olli-Pekka Grönvall ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Olli-Pekka Grönvall in the 81st minute of play forced Karhulan Veikot's goalkeeper Samuel Pihkala to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 83rd match minute, Karhulan Veikot was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edvard Karjala to maneuver through the defense. After 91 minutes, Turo Raninen mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Karhulan Veikot and the Galand FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Turo Raninen kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. When the referee ended the match the Galand FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
