Ronnie Hitzing fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ronnie Kapzan having to interfere. Jupp Schultheiss showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfons Högg in the 10th minute of the match. Ronnie Kapzan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ronnie Hitzing, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Kevin Heerckes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 22 minutes, Ronnie Hitzing managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fc Schönhagen's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ronnie Hitzing was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ronnie Hitzing's late challenge caught a Borussia Ostermoordorf's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ronnie Hitzing helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Borussia Ostermoordorf booed when Fc Schönhagen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ronnie Hitzing didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fc Schönhagen's Kevin Heerckes got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ronnie Hitzing stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Borussia Ostermoordorf's zone, Ronnie Hitzing stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ronnie Kapzan came out of the goal and Ronnie Hitzing tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jupp Schultheiss made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Samon Hellrung in the 57th minute of play. In the 59th minute, Ronnie Hitzing left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Fc Schönhagen fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfons Högg in the 61st minute of play forced Fc Schönhagen's goalkeeper Jupp Schultheiss to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ronnie Hitzing recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jupp Schultheiss took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Samon Hellrung, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Borussia Ostermoordorf booed when Fc Schönhagen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Irmin Berntsen didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 86th minute, Memet Hinschberger got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ronnie Hitzing recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fc Schönhagen's Jupp Schultheiss played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Samon Hellrung in the 94th minute of play. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
