Spectators: 195 (Terracing: 147, Seating: 45, VIP seats: 3) In the 4th minute of the match, Sven Berland got a very nice opportunity to score, but Gerald Zapf was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 6th minute Herwig Fehr shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yves Marquart saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Yves Marquart showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Herwig Fehr in the 8th minute of the match. In the 10th minute, Thorsten Kristl made a precise shot to the right of Yves Marquart. TSV Delliehausen's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. When the match had gone on for 17 minutes, Herwig Fehr put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Yves Marquart. Gerald Zapf came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by TSV Delliehausen's Elmar Brink. But to his dismay, Elmar Brink quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. In the 29th match minute, SV Bad Harzburg was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Frido Sandkühler to maneuver through the defense. In the 36th minute of the match, Eitel Sebastian tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Gerald Zapf saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After the first half SV Bad Harzburg were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Herwig Fehr to make the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Herwig Fehr in the 51st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Yves Marquart saved TSV Delliehausen from getting behind. In the 54th minute of the match, Herwig Fehr got a very nice opportunity to score, but Yves Marquart was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After 56 minutes of play, TSV Delliehausen's Eitel Sebastian made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gerald Zapf was left in no man's land by his defense there! Sven Berland took the ball and in the 60 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gerald Zapf. Gerald Zapf dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. Yves Marquart made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Thorsten Kristl in the 65th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sven Berland in the 72nd minute of play forced SV Bad Harzburg's goalkeeper Gerald Zapf to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 75 minutes into the game, Adalbert Gniech was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. TSV Delliehausen's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SV Bad Harzburg the free kick. After a rather tough play, TSV Delliehausen's Adalbert Gniech got a free kick in the 76th minute. After some careless play in the SV Bad Harzburg defense, Sven Berland kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gerald Zapf. The SV Bad Harzburg fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gerald Zapf should have stopped the shot. In the 83rd minute, Elmar Brink hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gerald Zapf showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sven Berland in the 86th minute of the match. Eitel Sebastian sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Levi Gloz got free with Yves Marquart in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 95 played minutes SV Bad Harzburg got a freekick which was hit by Levi Gloz.
