Spectators: 170 (Terracing: 128, Seating: 39, VIP seats: 3) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Sebastian Lamwersiek took the kick off in the first half of the match. If Herwig Fehr had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Herwig Fehr could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 4th minute of the match, but Ekkehard Nürnberger made a huge save. In the 8th match minute, Ulfa FSV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sebastian Lamwersiek to maneuver through the defense. Ulfa FSV's Ekkehard Nürnberger proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 10th minute of the match, managed to save Ulfa FSV from getting a goal against them. In the 16th minute, Vito Degdau left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ulfa FSV fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. 20 minutes into the game, Sebastian Lamwersiek cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Gerald Zapf was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Emanuel Schrappe charged in rather forcefully in the 25th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Emanuel Schrappe the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Ulfa FSV booed when SV Bad Harzburg was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emanuel Schrappe didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ekkehard Nürnberger showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Herwig Fehr, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Ekkehard Nürnberger came out of the goal in the 31st minute to try and stop a shot by SV Bad Harzburg's Emanuel Schrappe. But to his dismay, Emanuel Schrappe quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Ekkehard Nürnberger showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emanuel Schrappe, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. In the 36th minute, Vito Degdau ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gerald Zapf was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. Gerald Zapf took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vito Degdau, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice moves Herwig Fehr could shoot a difficult shot in the 45th minute, which Ekkehard Nürnberger however easily saved by the left post. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Herwig Fehr made a kick off. In the 53rd minute, Ulfa FSV's Wilhelm Kissling dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-4. Tarik Faber sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Wilhelm Kissling received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Gerald Zapf tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Herwig Fehr fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ekkehard Nürnberger having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Wilhelm Kissling during the 60th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 60th match minute, Ulfa FSV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wilhelm Kissling to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Ulfa FSV getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Vito Degdau hit a great ball. Gerald Zapf was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Wilhelm Kissling showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-5 in the 73 minute of play. Ekkehard Nürnberger stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Herwig Fehr's shot from short distance in the 78th minute. In the 78th match minute, SV Bad Harzburg was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emanuel Schrappe to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of SV Bad Harzburg booed when Ulfa FSV was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Frithjof Saborowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jerome Bozkurt hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in SV Bad Harzburg's zone, Jules Decruppe stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gerald Zapf came out of the goal and Jules Decruppe tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The SV Bad Harzburg supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Ulfa FSV's performance. The match ended with a win for Ulfa FSV.
