Spectators: 159 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Johann Emmerich started the match with the kick off. With a little luck, FC Hamburg's Engelbert Heidemann got control of the ball when Heiko Schmeisser tried to sneak it across the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Abbo Ditsche kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Engelbert Heidemann. That made the score 1-0 in the 5 minute of play. Johann Emmerich received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Jacob Kobel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. FC Hamburg's Engelbert Heidemann played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manfred Klimke in the 13th minute of play. In the 17th match minute, Spandauer Rain Kings was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Heiko Schmeisser to maneuver through the defense. Ingbert Reinhold's late challenge caught a Spandauer Rain Kings's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ingbert Reinhold helped the player get up and apologised. Ingbert Reinhold hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Manfred Klimke in the 20th minute of play forced FC Hamburg's goalkeeper Engelbert Heidemann to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 22 minutes into the game, Abbo Ditsche cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Engelbert Heidemann was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Jacob Kobel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Johann Emmerich, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Abbo Ditsche got free with Engelbert Heidemann in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Heiko Schmeisser received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Engelbert Heidemann came out and tried to block the shot, but Heiko Schmeisser slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 34th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mehmet Ertas Wigger in the 41st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jacob Kobel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Engelbert Heidemann made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mike Westrich in the 42nd minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Maiko Kressl during the 43rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 43rd minute, Maiko Kressl hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

Ralph Breddermann took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 52nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Jacob Kobel. Spandauer Rain Kings's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 63rd minute, Heiko Schmeisser ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Engelbert Heidemann was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Johann Emmerich got free with Jacob Kobel in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mehmet Ertas Wigger charged in rather forcefully in the 71st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mehmet Ertas Wigger the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 74 minutes, Kuno Zellier mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Spandauer Rain Kings and the FC Hamburg players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Spandauer Rain Kings's Kuno Zellier got a free kick in the 74th minute. The supporters of FC Hamburg booed when Spandauer Rain Kings was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ken Saur didn't get a good kick on the ball. 79 minutes in the game, Abbo Ditsche dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. A collision led to Spandauer Rain Kings getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Kuno Zellier hit a great ball. Engelbert Heidemann made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abbo Ditsche in the 83rd minute of play. Holger Buchmüller kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. 85 minutes into the match, FC Hamburg's goal looked a bit too open when Abbo Ditsche came free, but Engelbert Heidemann reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 86th minute Heiko Schmeisser shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Engelbert Heidemann saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abbo Ditsche in the 87th minute of play forced FC Hamburg's goalkeeper Engelbert Heidemann to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Spandauer Rain Kings were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of FC Hamburg for a fine match.
