With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nils Dallmeier in the 8th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Oscar Sandkühler saved KFC Uerdingen 05 from getting behind. Sebastian Szymanski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Lance Haßke made a huge save. If Pierre Van Hoojdonk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kai Laakmann charged in rather forcefully in the 20th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kai Laakmann the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 20 played minutes KFC Uerdingen 05 got a freekick which was hit by Kai Laakmann. KFC Uerdingen 05's Oscar Sandkühler played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rüdiger Fischer in the 22nd minute of play. When Ole Ruge fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored STARGARD FC's protests and gave Ole Ruge a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, STARGARD FC's Clemens Schall got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Lance Haßke made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sebastian Szymanski in the 33rd minute. Lance Haßke showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gerlach Rogatty in the 34th minute of the match. When Fred Inger fell near the penalty area in the 35th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored STARGARD FC's protests and gave Fred Inger a yellow card for diving instead. In the 35th minute, Fred Inger hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 40 played minutes KFC Uerdingen 05 got a freekick which was hit by Friedemann Brede. Sebastian Szymanski hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Sebastian Szymanski made the kick off in the second half. Sebastian Szymanski kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Fred Inger could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Oscar Sandkühler made a huge save. After 66 played minutes STARGARD FC got a freekick which was hit by Nils Dallmeier. 69 minutes into the match, STARGARD FC's goal looked a bit too open when Sebald Gillesen came free, but Lance Haßke reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. STARGARD FC's Lance Haßke played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sebastian Szymanski in the 73rd minute of play. A collision led to STARGARD FC getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Nils Dallmeier hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sebastian Szymanski in the 86th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lance Haßke prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alois Fontagnier during the 89th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 90th minute, Alois Fontagnier hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Oscar Sandkühler was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Fred Inger showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-2 in the 95 minute of play. STARGARD FC played a much better game than KFC Uerdingen 05 and deserved their victory. The KFC Uerdingen 05 players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
