The F.C CLUJ MEDICINA fans' excitement grew in the 6th match minute when F.C CLUJ MEDICINA's Nechifor Ciurea looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Valentin Hâjdău was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Nechifor Ciurea showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 12 minute of play. Adrian Tâbârnă kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. In the 16th play minute Tiberiu Ştati came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Valentin Hâjdău. 3-0. In the 19th minute of the match, Nechifor Ciurea tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Valentin Hâjdău saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Valentin Hâjdău didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when F.C CLUJ MEDICINA's Nechifor Ciurea shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 4-0 in the ordered_time% minute. In the 23rd minute, Vasile Gârdescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Iacob Irimescu scored 5-0 in the 25th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Valentin Hâjdău, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Valentin Hâjdău showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nechifor Ciurea, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Hope AFC's Valentin Hâjdău played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nechifor Ciurea in the 31st minute of play. 32 minutes into the match, Costică Darabonț had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Valentin Hâjdău. Hope AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Costică Darabonț was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. The supporters of Hope AFC booed when F.C CLUJ MEDICINA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vasile Gârdescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Emanuel Barbu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 44th play minute Iacob Irimescu came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Valentin Hâjdău. 7-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nechifor Ciurea to make the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Irinel Ciupe got free with Mihail Onaca in the 51st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some careless play in the Hope AFC defense, Iacob Irimescu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Valentin Hâjdău. The Hope AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Valentin Hâjdău should have stopped the shot. Valentin Hâjdău came out of the goal in the 58th minute to try and stop a shot by F.C CLUJ MEDICINA's Iacob Irimescu. But to his dismay, Iacob Irimescu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 9-0. After 65 played minutes, Hope AFC's Adrian Tâbârnă shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Mihail Onaca came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Hope AFC reached it. After having played for 69 minutes, Grigore Greblă managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. F.C CLUJ MEDICINA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Grigore Greblă was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 72 minutes into the game, Emanuel Barbu recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Mihail Onaca. Emanuel Barbu showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 10-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nechifor Ciurea in the 74th minute of play forced Hope AFC's goalkeeper Valentin Hâjdău to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Valentin Hâjdău made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nechifor Ciurea in the 88th minute of play. 89 minutes into the game, Eric Sântimbrean was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Hope AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave F.C CLUJ MEDICINA the free kick. After 89 played minutes Hope AFC got a freekick which was hit by Eric Sântimbrean. Valentin Hâjdău took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nechifor Ciurea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Valentin Hâjdău came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by F.C CLUJ MEDICINA's Nechifor Ciurea. But to his dismay, Nechifor Ciurea quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 12-1. F.C CLUJ MEDICINA's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
