Mihai Ignea started the match with the kick off. Tudor Pintilescu scored 0-1 in the 4th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dorel Pascu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, -BZF- Viitorul Buzau's Narcis Brăescu got a free kick in the 8th minute. Tudor Pintilescu took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 9th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Dorel Pascu. -BZF- Viitorul Buzau's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 11 minutes in the game, Mihai Ignea fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Dorel Bunescu having to interfere. In the 32nd minute, Narcis Brăescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Remus Papaiani kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in LIVERPOOL FC's zone, Ion Popilean stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dorel Bunescu came out of the goal and Ion Popilean tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Mihai Ignea kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. In the 61st minute, Mugur Martinaș left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The LIVERPOOL FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. In the 64th minute, Tudor Pintilescu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When LIVERPOOL FC's Tudor Pintilescu in the 67th minute got a chance for a shot 67th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After a rather tough play, -BZF- Viitorul Buzau's Cazimir Papadima got a free kick in the 78th minute. Dorel Pascu made a fantastic save in the 79th minute, when Tudor Pintilescu sent off a good shot on target. LIVERPOOL FC's Martin Buteanu got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a little luck, -BZF- Viitorul Buzau's Dorel Pascu got control of the ball when Mugur Martinaș tried to sneak it across the goal line. Dorel Bunescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ion Popilean, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 85 minutes into the match, -BZF- Viitorul Buzau's goal looked a bit too open when Mugur Martinaș came free, but Dorel Pascu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 90th minute, Narcis Brăescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
