The tension between the Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM- and the Peretu City 09 players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM- getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. David Iurașcu hit a great ball. In the 9th match minute, Peretu City 09 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eduard Răduț to maneuver through the defense. Maxim Strugure blasted a shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Aurelian Damian having to make a save. When Felix Condeescu fell near the penalty area in the 13th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Peretu City 09's protests and gave Felix Condeescu a yellow card for diving instead. Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s Grigore Mardarie played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adam Ştefănescu in the 29th minute of play. In the 29th match minute, Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM- was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eduard Mihăilescu to maneuver through the defense. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Codruț Martinescu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Peretu City 09's Aurelian Damian proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save Peretu City 09 from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mădălin Brăiloiu in the 56th minute of play forced Peretu City 09's goalkeeper Aurelian Damian to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Niculae Isăilă fell near the penalty area in the 60th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Peretu City 09's protests and gave Niculae Isăilă a yellow card for diving instead. After 60 played minutes Peretu City 09 got a freekick which was hit by Niculae Isăilă. Eduard Răduț charged in rather forcefully in the 63rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eduard Răduț the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 92nd minute, Mugur Ianculescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Peretu City 09 support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
