Florin Suşu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of János Oltean's shot from short distance in the 9th minute. Florin Suşu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paul Cucu in the 11th minute of the match. In the 18th minute, Mihăiţă Voina got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in YR☆ Rossoneri™'s zone, Sever Vintilescu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Florin Suşu came out of the goal and Sever Vintilescu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Florin Suşu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from János Oltean went, in the 22nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. The supporters of YR☆ Rossoneri™ booed when Academia Rio was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Horia Berceanu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Florin Suşu came out of the goal in the 27th minute to try and stop a shot by Academia Rio's János Oltean. But to his dismay, János Oltean quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Iurie Mutu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Marian Drogoreanu in the 35th minute. After a rather tough play, YR☆ Rossoneri™'s Dinu Bungescu got a free kick in the 36th minute. Florin Suşu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sever Vintilescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Marian Ozon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Florin Suşu having to interfere. A collision led to Academia Rio getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Cezar Jder hit a great ball.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sever Vintilescu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Marian Ozon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Florin Suşu having to interfere. Florin Suşu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paul Cucu in the 53rd minute of the match. Florin Suşu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sever Vintilescu's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. Florin Suşu didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Academia Rio's Sever Vintilescu shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-4 in the ordered_time% minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Academia Rio's Marian Ozon slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Florin Suşu. That made the score 0-5 after 59 minutes of play. After 61 played minutes YR☆ Rossoneri™ got a freekick which was hit by Sergiu Oardă. 65 minutes into the match, YR☆ Rossoneri™'s goal looked a bit too open when Marian Ozon came free, but Florin Suşu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 66th minute János Oltean shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Florin Suşu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers János Oltean in the 68th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Florin Suşu saved YR☆ Rossoneri™ from getting behind. Florin Suşu made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Sever Vintilescu sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Academia Rio booed when YR☆ Rossoneri™ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Moise Arapașu didn't get a good kick on the ball. 75 minutes into the game, Marian Ozon cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-6. Florin Suşu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. János Oltean might have been able to make a better finish in the 81st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Florin Suşu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. János Oltean ran back to his position shaking his head. After 91 played minutes Academia Rio got a freekick which was hit by Nae Martinescu.
