Spectators: 170 (Terracing: 128, Seating: 39, VIP seats: 3) Pompiliu Cristescu started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Ares FC -MM-'s Constantin Stoicescu got a good chance for a goal in the 2nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee felt a red card was in order, 4 minutes into the game, when Alex Iorga put in a rough tackle. After 5 played minutes Ares FC -MM- got a freekick which was hit by Alex Iorga. After a rather tough play, Armada's Mihăiţă Mudura got a free kick in the 11th minute. In the 13th minute, Aristide Chihaia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Traian Pantea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mihăiţă Mudura, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. In the 17th minute, Aron Gușatu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nicolae Hrandabur made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pompiliu Cristescu in the 19th minute of play. Armada's Nicolae Hrandabur proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save Armada from getting a goal against them. In the 26th minute, Armada's Lolo Bolø seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Lolo Bolø the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Armada protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Lolo Bolø had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Lolo Bolø hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. Aurelian Lupoi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 35 minutes into the game, Constantin Stoicescu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ares FC -MM-'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Armada the free kick. A collision led to Ares FC -MM- getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Constantin Stoicescu hit a great ball. 37 minutes in the game, Pompiliu Cristescu fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Nicolae Hrandabur having to interfere. Nicolae Hrandabur showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aurelian Lupoi, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Ares FC -MM-'s Traian Pantea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dumitru Stănciulescu in the 42nd minute of play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and George Ichim made a kick off. Aristide Chihaia's late challenge caught a Armada's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Aristide Chihaia helped the player get up and apologised. In the 52nd match minute, Ares FC -MM- was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aristide Chihaia to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Victor Răchită managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ares FC -MM-'s supporters rose to their feet, but Victor Răchită was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nicolae Hrandabur breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Nicolae Hrandabur took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Augustin Torouţ, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Victor Răchită scored 1-0 in the 70th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nicolae Hrandabur, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 75th minute, Dorin Mereuță hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aurelian Lupoi was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 76th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. After 77 minutes, Ciprian Maftei mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Armada and the Ares FC -MM- players grew even worse after the yellow card. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pompiliu Cristescu in the 78th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nicolae Hrandabur saved Armada from getting behind. Ares FC -MM-'s Aurelian Lupoi got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. George Ichim recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nicolae Hrandabur took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Victor Răchită, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Armada's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
