An unexpectedly hard shot by Basarab Spoială in the 4th minute of play forced Ares FC -MM-'s goalkeeper Traian Pantea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 6th minute of the match, Gigi Arosculesei got a very nice opportunity to score, but Nae Morar was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 9 minutes into the match, Ares FC -MM-'s Constantin Stoicescu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nae Morar narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, ASF BAIA MARE -MM-'s Basarab Spoială got a free kick in the 10th minute. In the 11th minute, Octav Glăvan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nae Morar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gigi Arosculesei, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nae Morar made an important save on a dangerous shot by Victor Răchită in the 13th minute. When Radu Arapașu fell near the penalty area in the 14th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ares FC -MM-'s protests and gave Radu Arapașu a yellow card for diving instead. In the 14th match minute, Ares FC -MM- was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Radu Arapașu to maneuver through the defense. Emil Floruțiu kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Aristide Chihaia hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Traian Pantea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Basarab Spoială in the 25th minute of the match. ASF BAIA MARE -MM-'s Nae Morar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pompiliu Cristescu in the 30th minute of play. After 31 played minutes ASF BAIA MARE -MM- got a freekick which was hit by Mădălin Bănățeanu. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pompiliu Cristescu in the 35th minute of play forced ASF BAIA MARE -MM-'s goalkeeper Nae Morar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gigi Arosculesei had several of the ASF BAIA MARE -MM-'s defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 36 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Nae Morar as he didn't even see the shot coming. Nae Morar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Constantin Stoicescu in the 42nd minute of the match. Traian Pantea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Radu Moldovan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

After a rather tough play, Ares FC -MM-'s Aristide Chihaia got a free kick in the 53rd minute. 57 minutes into the game, Constantin Stoicescu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Nae Morar was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Victor Răchită charged in rather forcefully in the 60th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Victor Răchită the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. ASF BAIA MARE -MM- made a substitution. Teodor Jilăveanu replaced Alex Rușanu. Octav Glăvan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Traian Pantea having to interfere. 68 minutes into the game, one of ASF BAIA MARE -MM-:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. ASF BAIA MARE -MM-:s Nae Morar showed great skill when he stopped Aurelian Lupoi:s penalty. 71 minutes into the match, ASF BAIA MARE -MM-'s goal looked a bit too open when Gigi Arosculesei came free, but Nae Morar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of ASF BAIA MARE -MM- booed when Ares FC -MM- was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Octavian Onitiu didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Emil Floruțiu managed to get in a good position for a shot. ASF BAIA MARE -MM-'s supporters rose to their feet, but Emil Floruțiu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Traian Pantea breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Marcel Robu kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. Aurelian Lupoi struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Nae Morar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ares FC -MM-. Gigi Arosculesei recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Ares FC -MM- getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Octavian Onitiu hit a great ball. Ares FC -MM-'s supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
