With a little luck, DINAMO's Horea Hurmuzache got control of the ball when Ernest Gheorghiu tried to sneak it across the goal line. After the first half DINAMO were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ionică Burtea made a kick off. In the 59th minute, Adam Rednic reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Iustin Şerbănoiu. The goal made the score 2-4. Eugen Bobocea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iustin Şerbănoiu having to interfere. Ionică Burtea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ernest Gheorghiu in the 68th minute of play forced DINAMO's goalkeeper Horea Hurmuzache to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Iustin Şerbănoiu was out of position in the 69 minute of play, and Adam Rednic capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Adam Rednic really showed his touch with that goal: 2-5. Iustin Şerbănoiu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Adam Rednic in the 77th minute. 79 minutes into the game, Ernest Gheorghiu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-5. Horea Hurmuzache was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ionică Burtea in the 84th minute of play forced DINAMO's goalkeeper Horea Hurmuzache to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, DINAMO's Adam Rednic got a free kick in the 85th minute. Horea Hurmuzache took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ionică Burtea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Horea Hurmuzache didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ernest Gheorghiu went, in the 94th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-5 was the resulting score. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. DINAMO had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
