After a rather tough play, Anarhistii YR☆'s Petrică Savu got a free kick in the 2nd minute. Albert Itoafă took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marin Braniște, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 8 minutes into the match, Marin Braniște had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Albert Itoafă. Anarhistii YR☆'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Marin Braniște was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. When Iosif Tapalagă fell near the penalty area in the 12th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pinner Cluj-Napoca's protests and gave Iosif Tapalagă a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Pinner Cluj-Napoca getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Iosif Tapalagă hit a great ball. 15 minutes into the match, Anarhistii YR☆'s goal looked a bit too open when Marin Braniște came free, but Albert Itoafă reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sergiu Ciocoiu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Albert Itoafă having to make a save. In the 17th minute, Dragoş Răduțu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 21 played minutes Pinner Cluj-Napoca got a freekick which was hit by Sergiu Ciocoiu. Emilian Stamate's late challenge caught a Pinner Cluj-Napoca's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Emilian Stamate helped the player get up and apologised. Emilian Stamate kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. After having played for 31 minutes, Marin Braniște managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pinner Cluj-Napoca's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marin Braniște was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Albert Itoafă made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marin Braniște in the 33rd minute of play. Iosif Tapalagă received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Albert Itoafă tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dragoş Răduțu's late challenge caught a Pinner Cluj-Napoca's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. After 44 minutes of play, Pinner Cluj-Napoca's Marin Braniște made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Albert Itoafă was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Pinner Cluj-Napoca booed when Anarhistii YR☆ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Costel Enoaia didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half Pinner Cluj-Napoca were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Marin Braniște stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the match, Petrică Savu notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Pinner Cluj-Napoca's Petruț Floreanu. Petruț Floreanu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 59 minutes into the match, Pinner Cluj-Napoca's goal looked a bit too open when Costel Enoaia came free, but Petruț Floreanu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 60th minute, Marin Braniște left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pinner Cluj-Napoca fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. Pinner Cluj-Napoca's Petruț Floreanu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Costel Enoaia in the 64th minute of play. Adam Ştati's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Albert Itoafă firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 69th minute Sergiu Ciocoiu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Albert Itoafă saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Anarhistii YR☆'s Albert Itoafă played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marin Braniște in the 70th minute of play. Marin Braniște scored 1-4 in the 73rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Albert Itoafă, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Marin Braniște received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Albert Itoafă tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 80 minutes of play, Pinner Cluj-Napoca's Iosif Tapalagă made it 1-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Albert Itoafă was left in no man's land by his defense there! Albert Itoafă showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marin Braniște, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Albert Itoafă made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marin Braniște in the 87th minute of play. Costin Boaru kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. Petruț Floreanu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Costel Enoaia, who was totally free with the ball in the 98th minute. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Pinner Cluj-Napoca walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
