The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Grigore Bota during the 5th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The -BZF- Fc Gheraseni fans' excitement grew in the 10th match minute when -BZF- Fc Gheraseni's Fabian Verzea looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Nae Mihăescu kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. Laurențiu Burca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emil Josan in the 15th minute of play. Paul Piersic took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alin Moldoveanu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 22nd minute, Matei Udrescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Damian Arapașu charged in rather forcefully in the 24th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Damian Arapașu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, -BZF- Fc Gheraseni's Damian Arapașu got a free kick in the 24th minute. In the 25th minute of the match Nichifor Gâțea sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Laurențiu Burca skillfully saved the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by David Anghel during the 26th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. David Anghel hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. The referee felt a red card was in order, 29 minutes into the game, when Dorel Domnescu put in a rough tackle. In the 29th minute, one of THE CRYSTAL SHIP:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for THE CRYSTAL SHIP. Fabian Verzea placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! Paul Piersic made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gelu Săvescu in the 33rd minute of play. After 35 minutes of play, -BZF- Fc Gheraseni's Fabian Verzea made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Paul Piersic was left in no man's land by his defense there! Fabian Verzea took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Paul Piersic. Paul Piersic dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. David Anghel struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Laurențiu Burca didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for THE CRYSTAL SHIP. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 2-3.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fabian Verzea to make the kick off. Panait Dănescu struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Paul Piersic didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for -BZF- Fc Gheraseni. In the 60th minute, David Anghel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Sabin Strugure kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. 64 minutes into the match, -BZF- Fc Gheraseni's goal looked a bit too open when Basarab Balc came free, but Laurențiu Burca reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Laurențiu Burca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Basarab Balc in the 65th minute of play. The supporters of -BZF- Fc Gheraseni booed when THE CRYSTAL SHIP was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Grigore Bota didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, THE CRYSTAL SHIP's Paul Piersic got control of the ball when Gelu Săvescu tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 92 played minutes THE CRYSTAL SHIP got a freekick which was hit by Grigore Bota. Fabian Verzea, 93 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nichifor Gâțea during the 96th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 96th minute, Nichifor Gâțea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
