MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ernest Brănescu in the 51st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nichifor Badea prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Costel Vlas struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. The MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Sporting Royal's performance. The match ended with a win for Sporting Royal.
