In the 6th minute Emanuel Lixandru shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vali Surugiu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vali Surugiu was a little too slow when Iurie Sima got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 11th minute. The score was now 1-0. In the 18th minute, Cezar Creteanu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ciprian Enache made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Florin Brădea in the 20th minute of play. Scorpions -MM-'s Vali Surugiu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emanuel Lixandru in the 27th minute of play. In the 28th match minute, Scorpions -MM- was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mugur Tărbac to maneuver through the defense. Cezar Creteanu hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. If Eric Cimpoieru had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 38 minutes into the match, Scorpions -MM-'s goalkeeper Vali Surugiu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Iurie Sima. In the 40th minute Alexandru Zăvoiu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ciprian Enache saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 41 minutes into the game, Eric Cimpoieru cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Ciprian Enache was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, Scorpions -MM-'s Iacob Tăutu got a free kick in the 46th minute. Adrian Penciulescu struck a weak shot in the 48th minute. Vali Surugiu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for A4p FC Gad. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cezar Creteanu was the one to do the kick off. After 57 played minutes Scorpions -MM- got a freekick which was hit by Vasile Onitiu. Vali Surugiu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iurie Sima in the 58th minute of the match. 65 minutes into the match, A4p FC Gad's goalkeeper Ciprian Enache had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eric Cimpoieru. Matei Goanță kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. 69 minutes into the match, Scorpions -MM-'s goal looked a bit too open when Emanuel Lixandru came free, but Vali Surugiu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A4p FC Gad's Ciprian Enache played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eric Cimpoieru in the 70th minute of play. In the 74th minute, Cezar Creteanu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The A4p FC Gad fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. After 77 played minutes Scorpions -MM- got a freekick which was hit by Eric Cimpoieru. Octav Cordescu hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. For all the effort they put into the match, the Scorpions -MM- players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for A4p FC Gad.
