When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

51 minutes into the game, BVB 09's Marian Morovan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nicu Arghirescu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. After 96 played minutes Club Sportiv Medgidia got a freekick which was hit by Laurențiu Boldur. Marius Agulescu didn't quite understand what happened when in the 98 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. BVB 09 walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
