Spectators: 167 (Terracing: 126, Seating: 38, VIP seats: 3) 3 minutes into the match, Virgil Macrea dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Petrică Vorniceanu, 1-0. Petrică Vorniceanu was out of position in the 8 minute of play, and Virgil Macrea capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Virgil Macrea really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. The supporters of Gyepüpataka booed when F.C. YKE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nicolae Boboc didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match clock showed 22 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Virgil Macrea sped through Gyepüpataka's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Petrică Vorniceanu. The crowd rose to their feet as F.C. YKE's Virgil Macrea slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Petrică Vorniceanu. That made the score 4-0 after 26 minutes of play. In the 33rd minute, Virgil Macrea made a precise shot to the right of Petrică Vorniceanu. Gyepüpataka's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. If Virgil Macrea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Petrică Vorniceanu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Virgil Macrea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ike Schmeichel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edgar Jupân in the 47th minute of the match.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Virgil Macrea to make the kick off. In the 51st minute, Virgil Macrea ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Petrică Vorniceanu was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. With 58 minutes on the clock, Laurențiu Răzvan commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 58th minute, one of Gyepüpataka:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Gyepüpataka. In the 65th minute, Nicolae Boboc got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 71st minute Virgil Macrea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Petrică Vorniceanu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Petrică Vorniceanu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sorin Vermeşan in the 72nd minute of play. The supporters of F.C. YKE booed when Gyepüpataka was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rareș Cosoreanu didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 77th play minutes Virgil Macrea shot 8-0, a short shot which went by Petrică Vorniceanu and just under the crossbar into goal. 83 minutes into the match, Gyepüpataka's goal looked a bit too open when Virgil Macrea came free, but Petrică Vorniceanu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aristide Bărboianu's late challenge caught a F.C. YKE's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Aristide Bărboianu helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of F.C. YKE booed when Gyepüpataka was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aristide Bărboianu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Petrică Vorniceanu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Virgil Macrea, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. When the referee ended the match the F.C. YKE players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
