YR☆ACADEMIA CRISTY-TEAM's Nichifor Tutunaru played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Denis Negruț in the 8th minute of play. After 11 played minutes Unicorns ™ got a freekick which was hit by Petrică Ţirpescu. After 13 played minutes YR☆ACADEMIA CRISTY-TEAM got a freekick which was hit by Francisc Zdrobiş. After a rather tough play, Unicorns ™'s Denis Negruț got a free kick in the 14th minute. In the 16th minute, Ivan Burileanu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 19 minutes into the match, Unicorns ™'s goalkeeper Isac Drâmba had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gică Stoican. In the 22nd minute, Iustinian Petre hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 26 minutes into the match, Denis Negruț notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of YR☆ACADEMIA CRISTY-TEAM's Nichifor Tutunaru. Nichifor Tutunaru was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of YR☆ACADEMIA CRISTY-TEAM booed when Unicorns ™ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ştefan Vâtcă didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gică Stoican who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 30thth minute tested the skills of Isac Drâmba when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Ivan Burileanu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Unicorns ™'s Petrică Ţirpescu in the 38th minute got a chance for a shot 38th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye YR☆ACADEMIA CRISTY-TEAM's goalie prevented a goal. In the 40th minute, one of Unicorns ™:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Unicorns ™. Eric Baldazar placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! After 45 minutes, Ştefan Vâtcă mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Unicorns ™ and the YR☆ACADEMIA CRISTY-TEAM players grew even worse after the yellow card. Ştefan Vâtcă hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. Eric Baldazar took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 48th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Isac Drâmba. Unicorns ™'s goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line.

Isac Drâmba showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dan Damian, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Unicorns ™'s zone, Dan Damian stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Isac Drâmba came out of the goal and Dan Damian tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 61 minutes into the match, Unicorns ™'s goal looked a bit too open when Silviu Hagi came free, but Isac Drâmba reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Isac Drâmba made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silviu Hagi in the 64th minute of play. If Petrică Ţirpescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Daniel Oravițan kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. Nichifor Tutunaru made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Denis Negruț sent off a good shot on target. Silviu Hagi hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. In the 81st minute, Ştefan Vâtcă hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Isac Drâmba took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gică Stoican, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in YR☆ACADEMIA CRISTY-TEAM's zone, Petrică Ţirpescu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nichifor Tutunaru came out of the goal and Petrică Ţirpescu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gică Stoican in the 94th minute of play forced Unicorns ™'s goalkeeper Isac Drâmba to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 96th minute Silviu Hagi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isac Drâmba saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The YR☆ACADEMIA CRISTY-TEAM supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Unicorns ™'s performance. The match ended with a win for Unicorns ™.
