In the 10th minute Horaţiu Zmărăndache shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marius Maftei saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 11 minutes, Vasile Ţipirig mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ...ASGARD... and the Club13 players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 11th minute, Vasile Ţipirig hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Horaţiu Zmărăndache came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Club13 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Horaţiu Zmărăndache couldn't finish the play. With an all-out effort, ...ASGARD...'s Niculae Urducea threw himself towards the right post 16 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Dorel Cupșa, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Eugen Murgan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Niculae Urducea made a huge save. Niculae Urducea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alexandru Stelea in the 21st minute of play. Dorel Călimanescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 25 minutes into the match, ...ASGARD...'s goal looked a bit too open when Gabriel Lozovan came free, but Marius Maftei reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Iustinian Ghimiș fell near the penalty area in the 30th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Club13's protests and gave Iustinian Ghimiș a yellow card for diving instead. In the 31st minute, ...ASGARD...'s Vasile Ţipirig seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Vasile Ţipirig the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of ...ASGARD... protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Vasile Ţipirig had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 32nd minute, Vasile Ţipirig hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. ...ASGARD...'s Marius Maftei played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Horaţiu Zmărăndache in the 35th minute of play. 40 minutes into the match, Horaţiu Zmărăndache notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of ...ASGARD...'s Marius Maftei. Marius Maftei was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The crowd rose to their feet as Niculae Azamfirei kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Marius Maftei. That made the score 1-2 in the 65 minute of play. Niculae Urducea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Doru Nae in the 73rd minute of the match. ...ASGARD...'s Marius Maftei played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Horaţiu Zmărăndache in the 75th minute of play. In the 79th minute, Horaţiu Zmărăndache hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 83rd minute, Răzvan Ionășescu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Niculae Urducea was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. The supporters of Club13 booed when ...ASGARD... was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Doru Nae didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marius Maftei made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gabriel Lozovan in the 87th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Doru Nae in the 89th minute of play forced Club13's goalkeeper Niculae Urducea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Răzvan Ionășescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 95 minutes into the match, Club13's Cristinel Hapaina sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marius Maftei narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
