The Valar's supporters rose to their feet, but Claudiu Becheanu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Niculae Urducea breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 9 minutes into the match, Club13's goal looked a bit too open when Horea Marin came free, but Niculae Urducea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Club13 defense, Claudiu Becheanu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Niculae Urducea. The Club13 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Niculae Urducea should have stopped the shot. In the 13th match minute, Club13 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristinel Hapaina to maneuver through the defense. 16 minutes into the match, The Valar's goalkeeper Mădălin Rotariu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Iustin Rebengiuc. 17 minutes into the match, The Valar's goal looked a bit too open when Horaţiu Zmărăndache came free, but Mădălin Rotariu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Niculae Urducea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Claudiu Becheanu in the 25th minute of the match. Niculae Urducea didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Horea Marin went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. In the 36th minute Horea Marin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Niculae Urducea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mădălin Rotariu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dorel Călimanescu went, in the 38th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Mădălin Rotariu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Horaţiu Zmărăndache in the 42nd minute of the match. A collision led to The Valar getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Vlad Lalescu hit a great ball. Claudiu Becheanu charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Claudiu Becheanu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, The Valar's Claudiu Becheanu got a free kick in the 45th minute. If Horaţiu Zmărăndache had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mugurel Seţeanu was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 48 minutes into the match.

After 60 played minutes The Valar got a freekick which was hit by Marin Brătescu. With a little luck, Club13's Niculae Urducea got control of the ball when Ernest Mihele tried to sneak it across the goal line. The Valar's Mădălin Rotariu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dorin Zglobiu in the 90th minute of play. The Valar played a much better game than Club13 and deserved their victory. The Club13 players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
