Spectators: 174 (Terracing: 131, Seating: 40, VIP seats: 3) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Nae Josan got the match started through his kick off. Dorin Petrică made a fantastic save in the 7th minute, when Nae Josan sent off a good shot on target. Eusebiu Iurașcu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Silviu Drăgoescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dorin Petrică was a little too slow when Aristide Răzvan got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 11th minute. The score was now 1-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Romeo Toma managed to get in a good position for a shot. AFC Nirosxn 08's supporters rose to their feet, but Romeo Toma was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dorin Petrică breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Dorin Petrică made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nae Josan in the 15th minute. AFC Nirosxn 08 were awarded a corner in the 16th minute after Carpathians's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Iurie Răchitan took the corner. The corner led AFC Nirosxn 08's Iurie Răchitan to fire away a dangerous shot which Dorin Petrică despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 19th minute Silviu Drăgoescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eusebiu Iurașcu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Carpathians's Dorin Petrică played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nae Josan in the 21st minute of play. After a rather tough play, AFC Nirosxn 08's Cosmin Jurca got a free kick in the 25th minute. Eusebiu Iurașcu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Silviu Drăgoescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. In the 29th match minute, Carpathians was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ştefan Cînu to maneuver through the defense. In the 30th minute, Iurie Răchitan made a precise shot to the right of Dorin Petrică. Carpathians's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. AFC Nirosxn 08's Eusebiu Iurașcu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Silviu Drăgoescu in the 37th minute of play. Constantin Cârstea received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Eusebiu Iurașcu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 46th minute, Iustinian Tutuianu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, AFC Nirosxn 08's Iurie Răchitan got a free kick in the 47th minute. AFC Nirosxn 08's Eusebiu Iurașcu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pavel Bara in the 48th minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Iustinian Tutuianu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Eusebiu Iurașcu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iustinian Tutuianu in the 53rd minute of play. Iustinian Tutuianu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 56 minutes into the match, Aristide Răzvan notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Carpathians's Dorin Petrică. Dorin Petrică was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Romeo Toma's late challenge caught a Carpathians's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Romeo Toma helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to AFC Nirosxn 08 getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Romeo Toma hit a great ball. Pavel Bara shot from long distance in the 61st minute, but Eusebiu Iurașcu was prepared and stopped the ball at the left post. Dorin Petrică made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Olimpiu Şantău in the 62nd minute of play. Ştefan Cînu hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. When Iurie Răchitan came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the AFC Nirosxn 08 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Iurie Răchitan couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Carpathians booed when AFC Nirosxn 08 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Olimpiu Şantău didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dorin Petrică showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Romeo Toma, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Carpathians made a substitution. Costel Junilă replaced Marin Marinică. Victor Păuceanu hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Carpathians's Ştefan Cînu got a free kick in the 83rd minute. The supporters of Carpathians booed when AFC Nirosxn 08 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Olimpiu Şantău didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 90 played minutes, Carpathians's Pavel Bara shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Eusebiu Iurașcu came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Carpathians reached it. After a defensive mix-up in AFC Nirosxn 08's zone, Ivan Niculcea stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eusebiu Iurașcu came out of the goal and Ivan Niculcea tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Romeo Toma in the 95th minute of play forced Carpathians's goalkeeper Dorin Petrică to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
