After 4 played minutes FORTUNA ARTEMIS BRASOV got a freekick which was hit by Costică Oncescu. After a rather tough play, FORTUNA ARTEMIS BRASOV's George Blajovici got a free kick in the 10th minute. With an all-out effort, FORTUNA ARTEMIS BRASOV's Marius Bălașa threw himself towards the right post 14 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Iordache Tudoran, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. FORTUNA ARTEMIS BRASOV's Adam Tobă played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ilie Armeanca in the 18th minute of play. Costică Oncescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marius Bălașa having to interfere. In the 22nd minute, Avram Valerian made a precise shot to the right of Adam Tobă. FORTUNA ARTEMIS BRASOV's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. 24 minutes into the game, Mihail Ignătoiu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Juventus Țiu's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FORTUNA ARTEMIS BRASOV the free kick. In the 80th minute, Traian Codin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 84 minutes into the match, Alexandru Chiriloaie had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Adam Tobă. FORTUNA ARTEMIS BRASOV's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alexandru Chiriloaie was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3.
