Spectators: 165 (Terracing: 124, Seating: 38, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Frank Costermans started the match with the kick off. Jorg Vrijdags fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 2nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jo van der Eycken having to interfere. In the 4th minute, Bert Rouvroys hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 6 minutes into the match, SK Gullegem's Christopher Frans sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Robbin Panhuyse narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 8th minute Sebbe Goossens shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jo van der Eycken saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Christopher Frans recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Robbin Panhuyse took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frank Costermans, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 20 minutes into the match, Jorg Vrijdags notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of SK Gullegem's Jo van der Eycken. Jo van der Eycken was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 22 minutes into the game, Fox Hunting Squad's Jorg Vrijdags nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jo van der Eycken made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Christopher Frans hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. In the 29th minute Jorg Vrijdags shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jo van der Eycken saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sebbe Goossens took the ball and in the 31 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jo van der Eycken. Jo van der Eycken dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. SK Gullegem's Jo van der Eycken played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jorg Vrijdags in the 34th minute of play. When Christopher Frans fell near the penalty area in the 36th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SK Gullegem's protests and gave Christopher Frans a yellow card for diving instead. After 37 played minutes SK Gullegem got a freekick which was hit by Christopher Frans. If Sebbe Goossens had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 44 minutes into the match, SK Gullegem's goal looked a bit too open when Sebbe Goossens came free, but Jo van der Eycken reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jo van der Eycken showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jorg Vrijdags in the 45th minute of the match. After having played for 47 minutes, Christopher Frans managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SK Gullegem's supporters crossed their fingers, but Christopher Frans was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jorg Vrijdags to strike the kick off in the second half. Quillian Lambrecht kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. SK Gullegem's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Sebbe Goossens 57 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-4. Jo van der Eycken made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when Quillian Lambrecht sent off a good shot on target. After 64 minutes, Sebbe Goossens mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Fox Hunting Squad and the SK Gullegem players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Fox Hunting Squad getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Sebbe Goossens hit a great ball. Christopher Frans received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Robbin Panhuyse tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 75 minutes, Sebbe Goossens took a quick shot and it went in 0-5 without a chance for Jo van der Eycken to make any attempt to save it. In the 81st minute, Fox Hunting Squad's Sebbe Goossens ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jo van der Eycken. Jo van der Eycken yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-6. SK Gullegem's Jo van der Eycken proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to save SK Gullegem from getting a goal against them. After having played for 86 minutes, Christopher Frans managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SK Gullegem's supporters crossed their fingers, but Christopher Frans was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
