Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Frederic Verduijn to make the kick off. In the 55th minute, Geoffry Suetens ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Octaaf Van Acht was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. In the 59th minute Steffe Van De Wijngaert shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Octaaf Van Acht saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Geoffry Suetens's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Octaaf Van Acht was relentless in the 63rd minute of the game. Jannic Puttemas made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Harrie Van Mellaert sent off a good shot on target. There was no doubt that Circus BAF were the better team. Circus BAF's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
