But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ivo Schellekens couldn't finish the play. 5 minutes into the match, Geoffry Suetens notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Les Presidents FC's Rein De Rijck. Rein De Rijck was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 10 minutes into the game, Geoffry Suetens cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Rein De Rijck was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Constantijn Van De Beeck in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rein De Rijck saved Les Presidents FC from getting behind. After 18 minutes, Giovanny Spoelbergh mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Circus BAF and the Les Presidents FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 22 played minutes Steffe Van De Wijngaert rounded Les Presidents FC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 3-0. A collision led to Les Presidents FC getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Henri Langendonckx hit a great ball. In the 26th minute, Geoffry Suetens fired a really elegant long shot, but Rein De Rijck threw himself and managed to get hold of the ball just in front of the right post. Rein De Rijck showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Steffe Van De Wijngaert in the 27th minute of the match. Steffe Van De Wijngaert could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Rein De Rijck made a huge save. Les Presidents FC's Rein De Rijck played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Steffe Van De Wijngaert in the 46th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sander De Rudder stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rudy De Meesemaeckere in the 54th minute of play forced Les Presidents FC's goalkeeper Rein De Rijck to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 56th minute, Geoffry Suetens left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Circus BAF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. 59 minutes into the game, Circus BAF's Geoffry Suetens nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rein De Rijck made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. Circus BAF's Bart-Jan Maenhout proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save Circus BAF from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Les Presidents FC's Ivo Schellekens got a free kick in the 67th minute. A collision led to Circus BAF getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Giovanny Spoelbergh hit a great ball. Rein De Rijck didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lauren Van Den Abeele went, in the 78th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. Rein De Rijck made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rudy De Meesemaeckere in the 81st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rudy De Meesemaeckere in the 83rd minute of play forced Les Presidents FC's goalkeeper Rein De Rijck to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 90th minute Steffe Van De Wijngaert shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rein De Rijck saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Les Presidents FC's Ivo Schellekens got a free kick in the 94th minute.
