Edwin Verbeke was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Kasper Steurms showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 16 minute of play. 24 minutes into the game, Jorne De Roost cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Reinaert De Coster was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With an all-out effort, KFC Vliegplein's Edwin Verbeke threw himself towards the right post 29 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Frederic Verduijn, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Reinaert De Coster showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Christopher Cempenaers, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. With a little luck, Limitless Delux Edition™'s Edwin Verbeke got control of the ball when Thys Helsen tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 42 minutes, Quentin Van Eynde mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Limitless Delux Edition™ and the KFC Vliegplein players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of KFC Vliegplein booed when Limitless Delux Edition™ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Quentin Van Eynde didn't get a good kick on the ball. Edwin Verbeke was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Frederic Verduijn. 45 minutes into the game, Ramon Ronsman was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Limitless Delux Edition™'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave KFC Vliegplein the free kick. After 46 played minutes Limitless Delux Edition™ got a freekick which was hit by Ramon Ronsman. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Frederic Verduijn made a kick off. Limitless Delux Edition™'s Edwin Verbeke played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frederic Verduijn in the 55th minute of play. The supporters of Limitless Delux Edition™ booed when KFC Vliegplein was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tuur Van De Wijngaert didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ramon Ronsman struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Reinaert De Coster didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Limitless Delux Edition™. Lou Vincke kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. In the 65th match minute, KFC Vliegplein was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lou Vincke to maneuver through the defense. In the 67th match minute, KFC Vliegplein was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Frederic Verduijn to maneuver through the defense. Quentin Van Eynde was shown his second yellow card after 73 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 73rd minute, Quentin Van Eynde hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Walter Figaro came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Limitless Delux Edition™ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Walter Figaro couldn't finish the play. After 83 minutes of play, KFC Vliegplein's Frederic Verduijn made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Edwin Verbeke was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a defensive mix-up in KFC Vliegplein's zone, Goffrey Schaerlaekens stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Reinaert De Coster came out of the goal and Goffrey Schaerlaekens tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. KFC Vliegplein had won after a very even match.
