In the 11th minute, 马骋烨 ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. 沈然宽 was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. A collision led to ≮王者归来≯人老心不老 getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. 肖桦榕 hit a great ball. 19 minutes into the match, ≮王者归来≯人老心不老's goalkeeper 罗坚军 had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by 孟雄适. 20 minutes into the game, 何宇适 was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ≮王者归来≯水军's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ≮王者归来≯人老心不老 the free kick. After 20 played minutes ≮王者归来≯水军 got a freekick which was hit by 何宇适. In the 23rd match minute, ≮王者归来≯人老心不老 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 肖桦榕 to maneuver through the defense. 25 minutes into the match, ≮王者归来≯水军's goal looked a bit too open when 尹远银 came free, but 沈然宽 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The ≮王者归来≯水军 fans' excitement grew in the 26th match minute when ≮王者归来≯水军's 邓青默 looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 29th play minute 孟雄适 came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised 罗坚军. 2-2. In the 45th minute, 苏思树 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 47 minutes into the match, ≮王者归来≯人老心不老's 狄平宇 sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that 沈然宽 narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 47 played minutes ≮王者归来≯水军 got a freekick which was hit by 蔡冰南. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but 沈然宽 showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 沈然宽 made an important save on a dangerous shot by 尹远银 in the 75th minute. 罗坚军 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 蔡冰南, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. 罗坚军 came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by ≮王者归来≯水军's 何宇适. But to his dismay, 何宇适 quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-2. 82 minutes into the game, 孟雄适 was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ≮王者归来≯水军's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ≮王者归来≯人老心不老 the free kick. The supporters of ≮王者归来≯人老心不老 booed when ≮王者归来≯水军 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. 孟雄适 didn't get a good kick on the ball. 沈然宽 made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when 狄平宇 sent off a good shot on target. 蔡冰南 hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. ≮王者归来≯人老心不老's 尹远银 got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
