In the 27th minute, Bertil Eklund hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Wiktor Karlstedt during the 28th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 29th match minute, Karlsborg was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wiktor Karlstedt to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Samurai booed when Karlsborg was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tor Brolin didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Per-Oskar Andberg in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Billy Hydén saved Karlsborg from getting behind. Billy Hydén showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fredrik Bennet in the 39th minute of the match. Henry Åkerström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Billy Hydén made an important save on a dangerous shot by Henry Åkerström in the 46th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Fredrik Bennet made a kick off. Andreas Rolandsson kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. Elof Bergfelt's late challenge caught a Karlsborg's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Elof Bergfelt helped the player get up and apologised. After 55 played minutes Samurai got a freekick which was hit by Elof Bergfelt. Elof Bergfelt kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. When Anton Sjögren came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Karlsborg fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anton Sjögren couldn't finish the play. Billy Hydén took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fredrik Bennet, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Fredrik Bennet's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Billy Hydén was relentless in the 59th minute of the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Anton Sjögren during the 66th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 66 played minutes Karlsborg got a freekick which was hit by Anton Sjögren. Fredrik Bennet hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. Andreas Rolandsson took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 72nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Billy Hydén. Karlsborg's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. With a little luck, Samurai's Roger Klemensson got control of the ball when Boris Söderberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. Wiktor Karlstedt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Per-Oskar Andberg in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Billy Hydén prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Elof Bergfelt kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Joakim Dahlberg hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Anton Sjögren's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Roger Klemensson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 87th minute of play. Billy Hydén showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fredrik Bennet, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. 93 minutes into the match, Wiktor Karlstedt dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Roger Klemensson, 1-1. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
