The referee ignored Ocean´s Eleven's protests and gave Harry Dalberg a yellow card for diving instead. In the 5th minute, Harry Dalberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Andreas Viberg didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Henry Åkerström went, in the 8th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Andreas Viberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Per-Oskar Andberg in the 12th minute of play. After 13 minutes, Timmy Forsman mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ocean´s Eleven and the Samurai players grew even worse after the yellow card. Timmy Forsman kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Kevin Julin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Elof Bergfelt's late challenge caught a Ocean´s Eleven's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Elof Bergfelt helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Samurai getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Elof Bergfelt hit a great ball. Roger Klemensson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ingemar Sigman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Samurai's Michael Haglund got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Fredrik Bennet stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 61st match minute, Ocean´s Eleven was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ingvar Hjortsberg to maneuver through the defense. 63 minutes into the match, Ocean´s Eleven's goal looked a bit too open when Fredrik Bennet came free, but Andreas Viberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 66 minutes, Bo Svanström took a quick shot and it went in 0-2 without a chance for Andreas Viberg to make any attempt to save it. In the 77th minute Fredrik Bennet shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andreas Viberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Samurai's Elof Bergfelt got his second yellow card of the match in the 80th minute. The referee ordered Elof Bergfelt off the ground. In the 80th match minute, Samurai was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elof Bergfelt to maneuver through the defense. With an all-out effort, Samurai's Andreas Viberg threw himself towards the right post 84 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Per-Oskar Andberg, which otherwise would have been placed in the net.
