Albin Engström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bahrtys Talanger's Tomas Spets got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Edward Salqvist recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 12th minute Frans Vik shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gert Blomqvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tomas Spets's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Allan Palmkvist read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 15th minute of play. 23 minutes into the game, Lillhärdal BF's Edward Salqvist nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gert Blomqvist made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Albin Engström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gert Blomqvist having to interfere. In the 35th minute, Per-Åke Holmgren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Karl-Magnus Boman hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. Edward Salqvist took the ball and in the 44 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gert Blomqvist. Gert Blomqvist dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Gert Blomqvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edward Salqvist in the 48th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Nils-Erik Vik made a kick off. A collision led to Bahrtys Talanger getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Nils-Erik Vik hit a great ball. Gert Blomqvist made an important save on a dangerous shot by Frans Vik in the 56th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Bahrtys Talanger's zone, Edward Salqvist stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gert Blomqvist came out of the goal and Edward Salqvist tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Bahrtys Talanger booed when Lillhärdal BF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emanuel Svanberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 79th match minute, Bahrtys Talanger was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Karl-Magnus Boman to maneuver through the defense. Frans Vik's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 80thth minute, Gert Blomqvist skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 82nd minute, Frans Vik ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gert Blomqvist was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. 89 minutes into the game, Eric Petersson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Lillhärdal BF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bahrtys Talanger the free kick. In the 89th minute, Eric Petersson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Lillhärdal BF getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Petter Lund hit a great ball. When the match was over Lillhärdal BF could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Bahrtys Talanger throughout the match.
