In the 12th minute Per Wikander shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Axel Häll saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 13th match minute, Tallboda Gunners was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tomas Nyström to maneuver through the defense. In the 17th minute, Ragnar Salkvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Elefanterna's Axel Häll played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Per Wikander in the 20th minute of play. Axel Häll showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bertil Adelsköld in the 25th minute of the match. After 26 played minutes Tallboda Gunners got a freekick which was hit by Per Wikander. If Bertil Adelsköld had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonatan Bryngelsson in the 35th minute of play forced Tallboda Gunners's goalkeeper Viggo Martinsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Per Wikander sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ove Sander hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. 43 minutes into the match, Elefanterna's Alexander Göransson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Viggo Martinsson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Jonas Jakobsson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Elefanterna's supporters rose to their feet, but Jonas Jakobsson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Viggo Martinsson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 47 minutes into the match, Tallboda Gunners's goal looked a bit too open when Jonatan Bryngelsson came free, but Viggo Martinsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jonatan Bryngelsson made a kick off. When Elefanterna's Jonatan Bryngelsson in the 52nd minute got a chance for a shot 52nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Tallboda Gunners's goalie prevented a goal. Ove Sander hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Elefanterna's Alexander Göransson got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Axel Häll came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by Tallboda Gunners's Bertil Adelsköld. But to his dismay, Bertil Adelsköld quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 80 minutes into the game, Per Wikander was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tallboda Gunners's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Elefanterna the free kick. In the 80th match minute, Tallboda Gunners was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Per Wikander to maneuver through the defense. If Per Wikander had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gustaf Lilja hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. 94 minutes into the match, Tallboda Gunners's goal looked a bit too open when Jonatan Bryngelsson came free, but Viggo Martinsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 96th minute, Jonas Jakobsson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Elefanterna fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1.
