The audience was convinced that Gunnar Hökkvist's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Adrian Dusett was relentless in the 8th minute of the game. In the 14th minute Gunnar Hökkvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adrian Dusett saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Pihl United getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Torsten Carlberg hit a great ball. Zebastian Wenerdahl kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, FC Bullen's Paul Löfskog got a free kick in the 29th minute. Pihl United were awarded a corner in the 39th minute after FC Bullen's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Torsten Carlberg took the corner. Eddie Rosen tried in the 39th minute to hit away a contribution but miss-kicked the ball which ended up in his own goal and left an unhappy Matthias Kiempe a with quite unnecessary self made goal. Result 1-2. Hubert Johansson's late challenge caught a FC Bullen's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hubert Johansson helped the player get up and apologised. In the 43rd minute, Hubert Johansson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Pihl United players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. FC Bullen were winning 1-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gunnar Hökkvist to strike the kick off in the second half. Adrian Dusett showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ivar Holm, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Andreas Ekblom sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andreas Ekblom in the 65th minute of play forced Pihl United's goalkeeper Adrian Dusett to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 70th minute, FC Bullen's Ivar Holm ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Adrian Dusett. Adrian Dusett yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-5. With a little luck, Pihl United's Adrian Dusett got control of the ball when Ivar Holm tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ivar Holm recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 75th match minute, Pihl United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leif Bålström to maneuver through the defense. Edgar Mårtensson's shot from long distance in the 76th minute was not bad at all, but Pihl United's Adrian Dusett knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. Pihl United's Adrian Dusett proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save Pihl United from getting a goal against them. Ivar Holm in the 85thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Adrian Dusett, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 88 minutes into the game, Andreas Ekblom recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Adrian Dusett. Andreas Ekblom showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-7. FC Bullen's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
