Rikard Lekberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 29th minute, Karl Hybbert hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 35th minute, Lucas Bengtsson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Garsås IF's Melker Olofsson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save Garsås IF from getting a goal against them.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lucas Bengtsson made a kick off. Melker Olofsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Johan Fristedt, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Tobias Helström kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. The supporters of Garsås IF booed when Sundborn IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Torbjörn Bjurström didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Johan Fristedt in the 61st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Melker Olofsson saved Garsås IF from getting behind. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
