Mountainhammer United's Carl Samuelsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bertil Helander in the 22nd minute of play. Kristoffer Kråk blasted a shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Matthias Larsfält having to make a save. In the 31st minute, Mountainhammer United's Uno Gadd ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Matthias Larsfält. Matthias Larsfält yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. Matthias Larsfält made a fantastic save in the 34th minute, when Kristoffer Kråk sent off a good shot on target. The nice shot from Kristoffer Kråk in the 34thth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Matthias Larsfält had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. Bertil Helander charged in rather forcefully in the 35th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bertil Helander the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, PP Plessydask's Bertil Helander got a free kick in the 35th minute. After 37 played minutes Mountainhammer United got a freekick which was hit by Jens-Ove Stenström. Jakob Siggesson's late challenge caught a Mountainhammer United's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jakob Siggesson helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Mountainhammer United booed when PP Plessydask was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jakob Siggesson didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kristoffer Kråk got free with Matthias Larsfält in the 40th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jens-Ove Stenström kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. Matthias Larsfält was a little too slow when Kristoffer Kråk got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 45th minute. The score was now 2-1. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Anthon Sjöö to make the kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Linus Ekgren during the 51st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Jens-Ove Stenström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Linus Ekgren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carl Samuelsson having to interfere.
