Nils Bäckström ran back to his position shaking his head. Sigvard Skarkman made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when Bror Stålman sent off a good shot on target. In the 12th minute, Claes Bennet hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 13th minute of the match Christian Lundin sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jens-Ola Vollander skillfully saved the ball. 15 minutes into the game, Bror Stålman cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Sigvard Skarkman was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Sebastian Eklund hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. In the 20th minute, Ingvar Berg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Martin Bergstedt in the 22nd minute of play forced Norra Sandby FF's goalkeeper Sigvard Skarkman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Roger Zachrisson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jens-Ola Vollander having to interfere. Roger Zachrisson hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Jens-Ola Vollander made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gert Lindström in the 29th minute of play. Anthon Torsberg kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Norra Sandby FF's Sigvard Skarkman proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save Norra Sandby FF from getting a goal against them. 34 minutes into the match, Norra Sandby FF's goal looked a bit too open when Nils Bäckström came free, but Sigvard Skarkman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gert Lindström struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Jens-Ola Vollander didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Norra Sandby FF. Sigvard Skarkman made an important save on a dangerous shot by Martin Bergstedt in the 41st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nils Bäckström in the 43rd minute of play forced Norra Sandby FF's goalkeeper Sigvard Skarkman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 44 minutes into the game, Roger Zachrisson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Norra Sandby FF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Al-Slottshöjden the free kick. After a rather tough play, Norra Sandby FF's Roger Zachrisson got a free kick in the 44th minute. After 45 played minutes, Al-Slottshöjden's Ingvar Berg shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Sigvard Skarkman came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Al-Slottshöjden reached it. The crowd rose to their feet as Martin Bergstedt kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Sigvard Skarkman. That made the score 2-0 in the 46 minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Martin Bergstedt to strike the kick off in the second half. Norra Sandby FF's Sigvard Skarkman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Martin Bergstedt in the 52nd minute of play. Sigvard Skarkman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nils Bäckström in the 58th minute of play. Sigvard Skarkman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bror Stålman in the 66th minute of the match. Sigvard Skarkman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martin Bergstedt in the 71st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bror Stålman in the 72nd minute of play forced Norra Sandby FF's goalkeeper Sigvard Skarkman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Norra Sandby FF's attentive Arvid Lång managed to snatch the ball when Mark Nordin made a throw-in in the 78th minute of the game. Sigvard Skarkman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bror Stålman, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. The supporters of Norra Sandby FF booed when Al-Slottshöjden was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ingvar Berg didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Gert Lindström was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 84 minutes had been played. After a rather tough play, Norra Sandby FF's Gert Lindström got a free kick in the 85th minute. Sigvard Skarkman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Martin Bergstedt, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Jens-Ola Vollander was out of position in the 92 minute of play, and Christian Lundin capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Christian Lundin really showed his touch with that goal: 2-1. In the 95th minute, Johan Vik hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Al-Slottshöjden's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
