Göran Lidman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Folke Bolin having to interfere. Folke Bolin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christoffer Öberg in the 70th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Göran Lidman in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Folke Bolin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Oskar Johansson during the 73rd minute. The A2 IF fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Xentrias were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
