In the 33rd minute Alfred Österberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Niklas Ström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Alfred Österberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 45th minute of the match Karl Skytt sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jens-Ola Löv skillfully saved the ball. In the 46th minute, Karl Lindström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bertil Åström to make the kick off. The supporters of UÅ Mästerbotten booed when Zero Hedge was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bertil Åström didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 57th play minute Alfred Österberg came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Niklas Ström. 0-1. After 78 played minutes Zero Hedge got a freekick which was hit by Karl Lindström. Kristian Kvick charged in rather forcefully in the 83rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kristian Kvick the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After some fancy dribbling in the 97th minute, Alfred Österberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Zero Hedge's supporters rose to their feet, but Alfred Österberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Niklas Ström breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Zero Hedge's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
