The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 4 minutes into the match, GrassNuts FC's goal looked a bit too open when Maximilian Apelkvist came free, but Oliver Eklund reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ivar Larsfält kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. In the 10th minute, Folke Hurtig sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Åhus Absolut F.C's Douglas Källberg didn't even have to move. In the 11th match minute, Åhus Absolut F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ivar Larsfält to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gustav Jansson in the 14th minute of play forced Åhus Absolut F.C's goalkeeper Douglas Källberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 15 minutes into the match, Åhus Absolut F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Otto Emander came free, but Douglas Källberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gustav Bergström kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. In the 17th minute of the match Maximilian Apelkvist sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Oliver Eklund skillfully saved the ball. Oliver Eklund showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maximilian Apelkvist in the 19th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Otto Emander in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Douglas Källberg saved Åhus Absolut F.C from getting behind. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hannes Fernkvist during the 21st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of GrassNuts FC booed when Åhus Absolut F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hannes Fernkvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 23 played minutes Åhus Absolut F.C got a freekick which was hit by Henry Harlén. Pontus Björk could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Douglas Källberg made a huge save. Oliver Eklund made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oskar Vase in the 29th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Johnny Broman in the 30th minute of play forced GrassNuts FC's goalkeeper Oliver Eklund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Oliver Eklund took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maximilian Apelkvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. GrassNuts FC's Oliver Eklund played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maximilian Apelkvist in the 34th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Johnny Broman in the 35th minute of play forced GrassNuts FC's goalkeeper Oliver Eklund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 41 minutes into the match, GrassNuts FC's goal looked a bit too open when Rasmus Haglund came free, but Oliver Eklund reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Åhus Absolut F.C booed when GrassNuts FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pontus Björk didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Otto Emander to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd match minute, GrassNuts FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Otto Emander to maneuver through the defense. Oliver Eklund made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Johnny Broman in the 53rd minute of play. 56 minutes into the match, GrassNuts FC's goalkeeper Oliver Eklund had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Maximilian Apelkvist. Through an outstanding action, after 58 minutes, Oliver Eklund successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gustav Jansson in the 60th minute of play forced Åhus Absolut F.C's goalkeeper Douglas Källberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 62nd minute, Otto Emander left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The GrassNuts FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Oliver Eklund made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maximilian Apelkvist in the 65th minute of play. A collision led to GrassNuts FC getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Gustav Jansson hit a great ball. Oliver Eklund stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Maximilian Apelkvist's shot from short distance in the 72nd minute. 74 minutes into the game, Åhus Absolut F.C's Henry Harlén nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Oliver Eklund made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Rasmus Haglund came free with the goalkeeper in the 78th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Oliver Eklund could save by the left post. Åhus Absolut F.C's Douglas Källberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Otto Emander in the 85th minute of play. Maximilian Apelkvist could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 87th minute of the match, but Oliver Eklund made a huge save. In the 88th minute, Otto Emander got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 92nd match minute, GrassNuts FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gustav Bergström to maneuver through the defense. 94 minutes into the match, Rasmus Haglund notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of GrassNuts FC's Oliver Eklund. Oliver Eklund was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Åhus Absolut F.C played a much better game than GrassNuts FC and deserved their victory. The GrassNuts FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
