Östen Vallgren yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Östen Vallgren made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Magnus Brask sent off a good shot on target. If Nicklas Flinck had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 26 minutes into the match, Kingpins's Magnus Brask sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Östen Vallgren narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A collision led to MDV Mount Eaver getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Gottfrid Billock hit a great ball. With a little luck, MDV Mount Eaver's Östen Vallgren got control of the ball when Magnus Brask tried to sneak it across the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Nicklas Flinck was the one to do the kick off. Sven Josefsson kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. With an all-out effort, MDV Mount Eaver's Mattias Asserlind threw himself towards the right post 90 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Arne Mattsson, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Casper Lindqvist managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kingpins's supporters rose to their feet, but Casper Lindqvist was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Östen Vallgren breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. There was no doubt that Kingpins were the better team. Kingpins's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
