In the 7th play minute Ingvar Pilgren came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Östen Vallgren. 1-0. 11 minutes into the game, Charles Henriksson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Östen Vallgren was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The audience thought a goal was coming when Charles Henriksson got free with Östen Vallgren in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The Rinkeby FC fans' excitement grew in the 23rd match minute when Rinkeby FC's Ingvar Pilgren looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The supporters of Rinkeby FC booed when MDV Mount Eaver was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joseph Lidström didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mikael Falk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Östen Vallgren having to interfere. A collision led to Rinkeby FC getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Mikael Falk hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Rinkeby FC's Charles Henriksson got a free kick in the 30th minute. After 31 minutes, Stig Nyberg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the MDV Mount Eaver and the Rinkeby FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 31st match minute, MDV Mount Eaver was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stig Nyberg to maneuver through the defense. Ingvar Pilgren succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 4-0 in the 33rd playminute. Eric Sjögren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stig Nyberg in the 37th minute of play. Jörgen Norberg hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Axel Heggert in the 44th minute of play forced Rinkeby FC's goalkeeper Eric Sjögren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 46th minute Axel Heggert shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eric Sjögren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Joseph Lidström fell near the penalty area in the 48th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored MDV Mount Eaver's protests and gave Joseph Lidström a yellow card for diving instead. Vilhelm Smitt took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 49th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Östen Vallgren. MDV Mount Eaver's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Ingvar Pilgren made the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, Stig Nyberg dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Eric Sjögren, 4-1. Andréas Bokelund charged in rather forcefully in the 58th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Andréas Bokelund the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Östen Vallgren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mikael Falk, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. 82 minutes into the match, Ingvar Pilgren had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Östen Vallgren. MDV Mount Eaver's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ingvar Pilgren was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-1. In the 90th minute Ingvar Pilgren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Östen Vallgren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rinkeby FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of MDV Mount Eaver for a fine match.
