Charles Fernström came out of the goal and Hans Damm tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 87th minute Hans Damm shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Charles Fernström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Jarl Bruse fell near the penalty area in the 91st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored BV Borussia Hammarby's protests and gave Jarl Bruse a yellow card for diving instead. Jarl Bruse hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. Hans Damm recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Chants of BV Borussia Hammarby echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Mockfjärd had held the ball for most of the match.
