Spectators: 156 (Terracing: 117, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Nils-Åke Kruuse started the match with the kick off. 5 minutes into the game, Alf Kullgren was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SSC Ambrosini's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave IFK Kik the free kick. In the 5th minute, Alf Kullgren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nils-Åke Kruuse could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 7th minute of the match, but Ove Vassenius made a huge save. 0-1 became the score in the 13th minute when Ingvar Sillén elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. After a rather tough play, IFK Kik's Rikard Wik got a free kick in the 17th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ingvar Sillén in the 18th minute of play forced IFK Kik's goalkeeper Kennet Åhlberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 20th minute, Nils-Åke Kruuse got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Stig Vase recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 25th minute, Gabriel Bäckström ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kennet Åhlberg was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Richard Söderlund received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Kennet Åhlberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Nils-Åke Kruuse fell near the penalty area in the 33rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored IFK Kik's protests and gave Nils-Åke Kruuse a yellow card for diving instead. Nils-Åke Kruuse hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. When SSC Ambrosini's Ingvar Sillén in the 35th minute got a chance for a shot 35th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye IFK Kik's goalie prevented a goal. Ove Vassenius made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Nils-Åke Kruuse sent off a good shot on target. Kennet Åhlberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ingvar Sillén, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Evert Lindberg charged in rather forcefully in the 42nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Evert Lindberg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Evert Lindberg hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. In the 46th minute, Ingvar Sillén made a precise shot to the right of Kennet Åhlberg. IFK Kik's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3.

53 minutes in the game, Sebastian Haegg fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Kennet Åhlberg having to interfere. The SSC Ambrosini fans' excitement grew in the 53rd match minute when SSC Ambrosini's Ingvar Sillén looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After a rather tough play, IFK Kik's Stig Vase got a free kick in the 56th minute. Ingvar Sillén scored 0-5 in the 59th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kennet Åhlberg, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of IFK Kik booed when SSC Ambrosini was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jens-Ove Karlstedt didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rikard Wik might have been able to make a better finish in the 68th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ove Vassenius. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rikard Wik ran back to his position shaking his head. After 70 played minutes SSC Ambrosini got a freekick which was hit by Jens-Ove Karlstedt. In the 75th minute, Jens-Ove Karlstedt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ove Vassenius showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Evert Lindberg in the 78th minute of the match. SSC Ambrosini's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
