HEJA ESLÖV's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Yngve Thidén was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Patrick Nyström charged in rather forcefully in the 14th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Patrick Nyström the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 14th minute, Patrick Nyström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Villiam Holmberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andy Västerberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Villiam Holmberg was a little too slow when Ted Lenberg got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 21st minute. The score was now 2-0. Ted Lenberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 28th minute, Valter Pedersson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 33rd minute Andy Västerberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Villiam Holmberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, HEJA ESLÖV's Villiam Holmberg got control of the ball when Ted Lenberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 37 minutes, Sven Hermansson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the HEJA ESLÖV and the AC Björkmo players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to HEJA ESLÖV getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Sven Hermansson hit a great ball. Villiam Holmberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yngve Thidén, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Villiam Holmberg made a fantastic save in the 44th minute, when Ted Lenberg sent off a good shot on target. 46 minutes into the match, HEJA ESLÖV's goalkeeper Villiam Holmberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ted Lenberg.

The wind increased when Andy Västerberg made the kick off in the second half. Villiam Holmberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andy Västerberg in the 52nd minute of play. HEJA ESLÖV's Villiam Holmberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yngve Thidén in the 53rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, AC Björkmo's Mikael Siöberg got a free kick in the 57th minute. In the 59th minute Ted Lenberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Villiam Holmberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Villiam Holmberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ted Lenberg in the 61st minute of play. Fred Vidman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Vilgot Tolsson made a huge save. 70 minutes into the game, Sven Hermansson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Vilgot Tolsson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Villiam Holmberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Timmy Nordin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Villiam Holmberg came out of the goal in the 77th minute to try and stop a shot by AC Björkmo's Andy Västerberg. But to his dismay, Andy Västerberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. In the 80th minute, Ted Lenberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andy Västerberg in the 86th minute of play forced HEJA ESLÖV's goalkeeper Villiam Holmberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The HEJA ESLÖV fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Villiam Holmberg should have stopped the shot. 96 minutes into the match, AC Björkmo's goalkeeper Vilgot Tolsson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fred Vidman. There was no doubt that AC Björkmo were the better team. AC Björkmo's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
