Flodde CFC's Jens-Ola Sundin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emanuel Säv in the 4th minute of play. 7 minutes into the match, Flodde CFC's goalkeeper Jens-Ola Sundin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alf Dahlbom. Claes Fredriksson kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. Emanuel Säv's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jens-Ola Sundin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 10th minute of play. Jens-Ola Fransson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Karl Åhlberg went, in the 11th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. If Karl Åhlberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nils-Åke Wallin took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jens-Ola Fransson. Jens-Ola Fransson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. When The Charlatans's Vilhelm Termander in the 34th minute got a chance for a shot 34th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Flodde CFC's goalie prevented a goal. 35 minutes into the match, Flodde CFC's Nils-Åke Wallin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jens-Ola Fransson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 42nd minute, Isaac Bokelund left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Flodde CFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Emanuel Säv fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jens-Ola Sundin having to interfere. 53 minutes into the match, Flodde CFC's goal looked a bit too open when Vilhelm Termander came free, but Jens-Ola Sundin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 68th minute, Ted Biörnberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Charlatans's Jens-Ola Fransson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nils-Åke Wallin in the 70th minute of play. Karl Åhlberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. William Sandberg's late challenge caught a Flodde CFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. William Sandberg helped the player get up and apologised. In the 77th minute, William Sandberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, The Charlatans's Stefan Ekenberg got a free kick in the 81st minute. In the 87th minute Vilhelm Termander shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jens-Ola Sundin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to The Charlatans getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. William Sandberg hit a great ball.
